Mr. Kelly B. Hendricks has more than 40-years experience as an investigator and polygraph examiner. In fact, immediately after graduation from college Kelly began his law enforcement career with the Harris County, Texas Sheriff's Office, eventually attaining the rank of detective with assignment to the Homicide Division. In 1982, Kelly completed polygraph school at the University of Houston - Downtown and subsequently opened Hendricks Polygraph, Inc. and Confidential Research, Inc. to serve the polygraph and investigative needs of the regional community. Kelly has since distinguished himself in the polygraph career field, having been appointed by Governor Rick Perry in 2004 as both a member and presiding officer of the Texas Polygraph Board. Kelly has also served as the president of both the Texas Association of Polygraph Examiners as well as the Texas Association of Law Enforcement Polygraph Investigators. Kelly currently serves as the chairman of the Texas Joint Polygraph Committee on Sex Offender Testing.
With more than 5000 hours of advanced law enforcement & polygraph training, Kelly is recognized by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement as a Master Peace Officer and has been instrumental in the successful investigation and prosecution of many high-profile criminal cases in the Harris, Montgomery, Brazos, Panola, and Fort Bend County areas.
